A sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 38 degrees centigrade to promote flexibility and provide a safe environment to deepen your yoga practice. This 90 minute Bikram Yoga class will systematically work 100% of your body keeping you healthy inside out. You will sweat, so arrive properly hydrated and leave feeling energized.
Hot Flow Yoga
An energetic style of vinyasa linking breath with movement accompanied by moderate heat and ambient music. A much deeper opening in all parts of the body.
