Bali yoga retreat at The Seventh Seal Retreat follows a healthy living philosophy that draws inspiration from many types of ancient practices.
What lies central to our teachings and retreats is the understanding and acceptance that we should actively be nourishing the Mind, Body and Spirit and directing our journey to better health and wellbeing.
We believe that Yoga is much more then stretching your body into a pretzel in class!
There is much to be discovered under the umbrella of ‘Yoga’, such as: Meditation, Nutrition, Mindfulness and how to DE-Stress.
- Whether you are an absolute beginner - or have been practicing yoga on an intermediate level - the Yoga retreats at Seventh Seal will suit you. Our Yoga is primarily focused on Vinyasa (or flow-based) yoga in the framework of Hatha Yoga - meaning that which includes meditation, and breathing (pranayama) techniques.
