Just great classes, well run, always fun and expert teachers. Can not fault this place - always always always great! These are tough classes so expect a really good work out - but you will always be happy that you made it to class.

Attending a lesson at this place makes you definitely sweat and after all also happy. The good fun instructors motivate you to go to your limit and after all enjoy a home made drink and you feel like new born. Go ladies go!!!!!
